  5. documentation and program disk) or by normal postal service (with 
  6. printed documentation and program disk).

  11. Printed manual/program disk - add $10.00
  12. Postage/Europe - add $5.00
  13. Postage/Outside Europe - add $7.00
  14. Cash payment - no extra
  15. Cheque payment - add $10.00 (the cost for clearing the check)

  18. You don't need to send the payment in US dollars. All prices could
  19. also be in your local currency or swedish kronor (SEK).
